Description
A simple yet stylish medical ID bracelet, featuring a stainless steel tag with an adjustable woven metal strap. The tag can be engraved on both sides and has distinctive snake and staff symbol on the front.
Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and will fit wrist sizes from 5.5 to 7.75 inches (12.7 - 19.6cm).

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 6 lines of text (10 characters per line) on the front and 6 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag.
We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweler / engraver complete the details for you.
