If your medical details change or your contact numbers need to be updated, we realise that you don't always want to have to buy a whole new bracelet.
You can purchase the ID tag on it's own and have us engrave your new details onto it.
We can engrave up to 3 lines of text (25 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 3 line of text (15 characters) on the front of the ID tag.
Please check before purchasing to make sure this replacement id is the same as the ID on your bracelet as this will not fit all of our bracelet range. If you are in doubt, please contact us to double check.
