A fine chain with small ID tag featuring a "hanging" medical symbol charm. This bracelet is ideal for the smaller wrist or when finer jewellery is preferred.
Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these medical ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and are available in 5.5", 6", 6.5", 7", 7.5", 8", 8.5" and 9" (14 / 15.2 / 16.5 / 17.8 / 19 / 20.3 / 21.6cm / 22.8cm).
Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 2 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 2 line of text (20 characters) on the front of the ID tag.
We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweler / engraver complete the details for you.
